You can buy new tools with PTP already installed, and we’ll price match ToolStation and Screwfix.  For tools less than two years old, you can purchase retrofit kits and pay a small for of the tool’s value to add it to your plan.

PTP-enabled or retrofitted tools can be tracked, remotely disabled, and recovered by our network of experts. This makes PTP-protected tools worthless for resale. Most importantly, we handle everything for you, ensuring you receive new replacement tools the next day or even sooner. How does PTP work?

1. Buy and activate PTP

We’re currently offering an early bird subscriber rate of just £299 inc. VAT for all trades before we turn the network on. This is a 50% saving on our service post-launch.

2. Retrofit or buy new PTP enabled tools

PTP can be installed on most power tools and some fuel-based tools that are less than two years old. New tools with PTP pre-installed can be bought at prices similar to ToolStation and Screwfix.

When our service launches, you’ll receive 3 retrofit kits. To activate a tool, simply add it to your account and pay a small one-time fee.
 

3. Tools Stolen? We ship instant replacements.

To report your tools as stolen, you’ll need a British Police crime number, the date and time of the theft, and to specify which tools (or if all) were stolen.

We’ll then ship your replacement tools the next day or sooner—no further questions, no additional paperwork, and no excess fees. Simple.
 

4. Our Kill and Recover Team

When you report a tool as stolen, we remotely disable and start tracking it. Meanwhile, you can get back to work quickly without the financial burden of replacing tools.

Our goal is to disrupt organised crime gangs and make it known that stealing PTP-protected tools is pointless.
 

Geo-fenced, Time Lock & Tracking (Coming Soon)

As we expand the network, PTP technology will be opened up to you as a customer. Meaning you can track your own tools in real-time, ring-fence their usage to a work site or even time-based use.
